St Paul's is a parish of the Diocese of Colorado and a part of the Episcopal Church USA (aka ECUSA).  St. Paul's is also part of the Front Range Region of the Diocese along with churches in Arvada, Golden, Broomfield, Longmont, Englewood, Ft. Collins, and Littleton. 

The primary minister is called a "rector" and is a priest ordained in the Episcopal Church USA.

St. Paul's is also served by a Deacon, The Rev. Charlotte Shepic.  A deacon is an ordained minister who is licensed to perform and preside at the liturgy except for the consecration of the elements (bread and wine) and to pronounce the blessing of the church or to officiate at certain other sacraments.
